In 2008, Sean moved to New York City from Indianapolis, Indiana. He has 15 years of restaurant and brewery experience, six years of brewing experience and three years of craft beer education and consulting under his belt as a Certified Cicerone© (like a beer sommelier) and in March 2017, will attempt to become one of the first Advanced Cicerones in the world. Sean has managed several establishments including a high-volume midtown Manhattan beer bar (The Ginger Man) and one of the hottest brewery taprooms in NYC (SingleCut Beersmiths in Astoria). Sean has spent the last 4 years working at SingleCut Beersmiths, the first microbrewery to open in Queens, NYC and one of the hottest breweries on the East Coast. Sean, like the rest of the Fox N Hare team is excited to use his knowledge and experience to create an amazing craft beer destination in Port Jervis.
David doesn't know anything about beer other than that he likes it. He also likes music, drawing and floating down the river. David has spent countless hours conceptualizing the Fox N Hare and is challenged with the tasks of evolving the brand in and overwhelming marketplace. He adamantly wanted to position the Fox N Hare in an urban setting and is thrilled with the choice to locate in Port Jervis, NY. One of his many initiatives is ensuring that the Fox N Hare emerges as a unique destination and doesn't become yet another pervasive warehouse brewery. David is no stranger to marketing and runs, Arbuckle Industries, a production company in New York City. He is a self-taught artist with an emphasis in filmmaking and graphic design. His photography has been featured in New York Magazine and Fast Company and his most recent documentary, Girls' Show, debuted at the 2015 Montclair Film Festival.
